INSPECTION

Domestic work and Part P regulations

Recent changes in the law now require all domestic electrical installations to be carried out by a Part P registered contractor, we are a registered NICEIC Approved Contractor and we issue full completion certificates for each new installation.

Private Rental Sector (PRS)

New regulations in the rental sector now make it a mandatory requirement for each rental property to hold a valid Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) making it an essential consideration for when renting your property, or taking out buildings insurance.
